We also stay abreast of government affairs and current events to better serve the membership by partnering with the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, & U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
A variety of workshops better known as, “Lunch & Learns” & “Business Networking Breakfasts” each tailored to help you improve your business practices run regularly throughout the year.
Continuing education whether it’s for personal growth or increasing employee skillsets; our chamber offers a variety of opportunities to business owners & employees alike to increase their skillsets. We have Human Resources related training and certificates classes, OSHA 30 hour training certifications, to specialty training classes such as “Time Management”, “Security Risk Management” for those IT professionals, and "Marketing 101".
In the past we had offered members and their employees training classes for Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook. We can tailor specialty classes that are business related to our members who express a interest.
