The Practice Center at St. Andrews Golf & Country Club has received the Daily Herald's “Best of the Best Award” for its 80+ Station Practice Facility located at 2241 Route 59 in West Chicago. The facility, originally constructed in 1990, has seen many upgrades and as recently as 2023, expanded to include 20 covered and heated stations for year-round use. The practice center continues to offer numerous junior and beginning golf training events as well as individual lessons to help “grow the game”. Also in 2024, the St. Andrews Practice Center received the Golf Range Association’s (GRAA) Award as a Top 50 Practice Center in the USA. Dave Erickson continues to be St. Andrew’s Head PGA Golf Professional (34 years and counting), and the General Manager of the range operation is Ray Juskus. The Jemsek-Hinckley family would like to thank the great team of employees that work at the facility. It was the great work by employees and their focus on customer service that helped the readers of the Daily Herald Newspaper select St. Andrews’ Practice Center as the “Best of the Best” in Chicagoland for 2024.
