The nomination period for the City of West Chicago’s Brilliance in Business Awards Program has opened and City leaders are hopeful that many in the community will be inspired to nominate a worthy business. It’s the highest honor given by the City in recognition of exemplary and innovative business practices, and the City would like public feedback.
Residents, businesses, nonprofit organizations, or members of economic development organizations are encouraged to nominate a business(s) for one or more award. Businesses may nominate themselves.
“Whether you are an owner, employee, manager, or CEO of a company which continues to make strides to be successful in West Chicago, we want to hear your business’ story,” said Peter Kelly, City of West Chicago Business Development Coordinator. "Also, we hope to hear from residents who have a positive story to tell about their favorite business in town."
Program guidelines and online and mail-in nomination forms are available at www.westchicago.org to make the process quick and easy. The deadline for nominations is Monday, October 15, 2018 at 11:59 p.m.
To submit a nomination by mail, send the completed form to:
