This summer, Main Street in Downtown West Chicago became a vibrant weekly gathering where community and creativity came together during the first Mosaic Market. Each Thursday, from June 4 through August 20, the market transformed Main Street into a lively, open-air destination featuring special theme nights celebrating a variety of cultures, interests, and traditions. |
|
The season featured themes highlighting trains, cars, Hawaiian culture, the arts, America 250, Latino culture, games, African and Asian cultures, and European culture. Through live music, cultural vendors, food, interactive activities, and immersive experiences, each theme brought something new to the market throughout the season. Bensidoun USA organized the rotating mix of vendors, while the City coordinated weekly themes and activities designed to complement the market and engage the community. Thank you to everyone who visited the Mosaic Market, supported the vendors, participated in the activities, and helped make the first season a memorable one. Your participation helped bring this new cultural market experience to life in Downtown West Chicago. |
