The Illinois Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2027 Best Places to Work in Illinois program, recognizing outstanding employers across the state.
For more than 20 years, the program has celebrated organizations committed to creating exceptional workplace environments. Now taking on an expanded role in managing the program, the Illinois Chamber looks forward to elevating statewide promotion and recognition of winning businesses.
Winners will be featured in Illinois Business Leader, the Chamber's statewide publication, and recognized at a special event scheduled for June 2027.
The Chamber will continue partnering with Workforce Research Group,
which has managed the research process for the past five years. Past participants and organizations interested in earning this distinction are invited to register for the 2027 program. Participating organizations will complete a two-part evaluation consisting of an Employer Assessment and Employee Engagement Survey. All participants will receive access to an Employee Feedback Data dashboard following the process.
The Illinois Chamber encourages businesses across the state to participate in this prestigious program and showcase their commitment to workplace excellence!
