Behavioral Interviews

Storytelling is a key element of doing well in Behavioral Interviews. If they want to know about "a time when you...", they are asking for a story, so make it memorable. Casually describe the colors, the sounds, and objects to help them visualize the scene. This is your chance to connect with the employer, to develop rapport, and to stand out among the other candidates interviewing for the position.

MyWay Program

We recruit eligible 18 to 24 year olds and educate them about the good career paths that are available to them. Interested young adults then undertake three to five weeks of intensive training which includes (click on image above for link):

  • presentations given by area employers,
  • tours of actual work environments,
  • workplace readiness & soft skills training, and
  • completion of certifications appropriate to the industry.

I also will give you the transcript of this answer below. The key is to briefly show skills, then focus on showing passion for the job, and specific interest in the company.
