Dear District 200 Families and Staff,
Tomorrow is the first day of school for students in grades 1-12 and our Transition Program. Whether you are returning to school remotely or in-person, we look forward to welcoming all of our students back either in-person or remotely at some point this week.
Reopening Information Video Over the past few weeks, we’ve hosted YouTube Lives at our elementary schools to give you an inside look of some of the changes we’ve made at our schools. We have also put together this District-wide Reopening Information video to share a global perspective of changes we’ve made for the upcoming school year.

We know that these new health and safety measures will feel different for our students as they transition back into our building. What isn't different, however, is that our staff remains committed to supporting our students through times of change and feelings of uncertainty. We continue to promote the message among our students that we are here to support them. Teachers and other support staff, including counselors, social workers and school psychologists, are always available no matter what concerns or needs arise. If you have specific questions about your school, we encourage you to reach out to your principal.
Food Service Information Information about our food service is available on the District website. For THIS week and NEXT week, food service will be on TUESDAY and THURSDAY. Beginning the week of 9/14, foor will be on Monday and Friday.
Please look for an email from me tomorrow with an update on how our first day of school went.
Sincerely,
Dr. Jeff Schuler, Superientendent
